Not sure of their source (clearly a magazine clipping), but I'm excited non the less!

What happened to the one that used to fly the U.K. air show circuit and crashed? Totally destroyed or sitting in a hangar somewhere in bits?

If we cannot get a Mosquito, what flying aircraft would you like to see displaying in the Uk?

Can i start with an F4 Phantom and MiG 25 please
I'm guessing it will never happen but the Phantom cloud9

Without doubt one of my favourite aircraft of all time.

Pretty mucky buggers to work on so I was told some time ago!
One of my coolest aviation memories.
Was working a trade stand at FIA 2000. Because I lived locally, I went to the airfield a few days before the show started to get my security badge.
Was waiting in the queue, and it was mentioned that the Eurofighter (this was before the Typhoon name) was due in, was going to be Luftwaffe examples.
Scouring the skies, eventually saw something on the horizon pumping out huge amounts of smoke (think B52), thought that cannot be it.
Then we saw the Eurofighter next to him, he escorted him down to about 100 feet, then hit the burners and left.
Magical. Only time I ever saw an F4.
