Retrospective air miles claim
Discussion
Thanks for prompt replies.I have Traveled to and from Australia sometimes flying via the States .Most major long hall carriers B.A-Emerates-Etihad-Virgin-Singapore-Qantas.Foolishly never bothered to claim air miles for these.Probably six or seven major trips during the last ten years.Regards Baz
With Cathay Pacific it's a very short period, something like 3 months to claim. My wife forgot to register and claim for her miles on a trip to NZ last year but realised a month after the cutoff date, she had a bit of to/fro with them but after being escalated they did get credited when she provided her boarding cards for the relevant flights.
Also, some airlines don't rollover the miles from year to year and 'expire' them after a time.
