Time for something a little different.

Cook something. The main ingredients / description must contain the letters A, B and C.

Two weeks - 3 pics of the process and finished dish in by Monday the 21st Nov. Poll will run for about a week.

Edited to Clarify

eg. You could cook Angus Beef Carpachio
or equally Asparagus, Beans and Cheese.

Interesting one MB, Leads it to a pretty open field.
I hope so.

May need a bit more thought in the first place, but there are lots of options.

When I first read that I thought it meant Avocado, Bread, Canteloupe etc. But on reflection, it's pretty much everything as it can be interpreted 'The description need only contain one letter from A, B and C'...
Is it too broad then?

I would have thought it gives enough options, and while you could enter beans and cheese, you might not do very well!

Any of the above examples would be fine.

Aga Biltong with Chilli

Marinade was made from Chilli, garlic and ginger. Juice of a lime and a splash of vinegar. I would have added a tsp of palm sugar too, but I was at my Mums and she didn't have any!

Day 2 the strips of beef were threaded onto string and hung in the Aga in the coolest oven then cooked for 10 hours.

Cheeky bonus picture. Think of it as detail from the last picture.

Finished product.

Me too. Biltong is a rubbish way to preserve beef. There is none left already!

Poll

I hope I have the right entry for Vieste. Both above would have been eligible. I can edit the poll if needed.
