Rate the last restaurant you went to

Rate the last restaurant you went to, preferably with a bit of blurb, as people will have vastly different standards on this site!
I bought a taste card last month, so plan on doing a lot of eating in reasonably nice restaurants.
Last night I went to Marco Pierre White's Wheeler's of St James near green park tube station. The food was very good, I was expecting tiny portions, but in fact I had a bigger steak and more triple cooked chips than I could shake an onion ring at. It was also surprisingly inexpensive for what it was of the place, plus added tastecard discount.
I've never had a waiter apologise for us having to top up our own wine glasses or had such a large table for just two people. This is probably one of the 'nicest' restaurants I personally have been to so I don't have much to compare it to. The woman next to us was pretty furious that her Eton Mess didn't look like what she expected Eton Mess to look like...
Anyway, I'd give it 8/10.
