Two simple but tasty, easy to cook fish dishes ??

Right I need to be able to cook two simple dishes that are easily made without too much hassle. By this I mean I'm going on a boat and will take my turn in cooking, I can cook (just) but need a couple of dishes which can be prepared/cooked in a small kitchen, couple of pan or oven.
One would have to be a fish recipe as will hopefully be catching fish on the way.
Spicy/curry type would be good.

Any pointers ?

Name a dish and I can go and find the recipe.

Sounds great too - don't normally have frying pans on a boat though
