How far past is safe to go?
Got some kievs that expired 3 days ago in the fridge. Can't imagine i will die.
So what is the views? The dates must be very conservative and take into account many will not store food correctly.
Will i die? Will i be sh@ttimg like a 1st timer visiting Egypt?
