Shirataki Noodles

Thoughts are that they aren't too pad. Raw, there is a definite fishy scent. Very much like prawn crackers.
I gave them a good wash in water and then fried them in a wok at very high temperature for two or three minutes and added to the rest of the stir fry.
They lack the stringy bite that I like from fine noodles but really not bad at all. I'll finish what I've bought but I don't know if they'll make a regular feature
