Enjoyed it. Its about an hour long, and theyve kept a lot of the older equipment, mainly becuase it yuo can actually see the processes involved. In the modern working part, everything happens inside two big stainless vats which only have little portholes.
The revelation for me thoug, was tasting individual grains of malted barley. I cant put into words just how much flavour one tiny grain of barley can fill your mouth with.Astonishing. And the different flavours from different malts as well.
I though the sampling was a little bit tight on measures, but I guess you have only paid a tenner....
Worth doing, if only to then spend an afternoon in Chiswick pubs..... ;-)
