"Exotic" meats

Had some Reindeer fillet this evening, nice but much milder flavour than Red or Roe deer. I think Foal has to be my favourite meat, closely followed by Kudu. Minke Whale was nice but not really sure about the ethics of that one.
Wouldn't really bother with Puffin or Ostrich again though.

So what is your favorite unusual (in the UK) meat?

My Mrs description was 'not as bad as I expected, certainly not as a bad as surstromming':-D

There's a farm near Yeovil that has Water Buffalo, I've had their sausages which are very nice but not tried a steak.
