Restaurants with some vegetarian food - Manchester?

I'm drawing a bit of a blank on this, and I figured the foodie bit of PH is better than the relatively quite regional bits for this query.

I'm arranging a work Xmas night out in Manchester city centre for 11 people, which is a group of blokes from diverse backgrounds, some of whom are Veggie. Not me I might add

Now there's veggie restaurants, which I wouldn't be averse to, but i know some others would.
Then there are the restaurants manchester is best at i.e. proper meat-fests, which are clearly out.
Then there are typical restaurants which have maybe 1 veggie main course choice and that's it, which probably isn't fair.
Then there's asian cuisine of various types, which seems to me to be the only more balanced meat/veggie choice.

Is anyone aware of any other choices? Not sure I am bang up for just booking a curry house, feels a bit default and to my mind it always kills the night as people end up stuffed.

Any ideas pls? thanks

possibly too pricey. I know what you mean in that there are few fine dining choices in Manc, but we're not really after that. I now work for a company large enough where all spend has to be 'sensible' i.e. cheapo.

If you want Italian, then San Carlo or Don Marco
If you're wanting Chinese, then it's Rice Bowl on cross street
If you're wanting Spanish then Evuna on Deansgate
If you're wanting Indian then Zouk or East Z East
If you're wanting to ignore the veggies (as you should) then Red's or Solita.

Their menu is on their website, so you can circulate it fairly easily.
