Would anyone have the recipe for his version of his Mums Sausage Roast he did on Mondays (just gone) Best Ever Dishes (Old School Favourites)

I can't seem to find it anywhere without buying the book

Yes and I can't see it there, though the other recipes he did on Mondays episode are there. I think I will have to watch it back and jot down what he uses and guess the amounts

My OH has asked if I want anything for Christmas, so I've asked for the book.

I've also asked for his Proper Pub Food book as well. Should keep me quiet in the kitchen for a while and some new ideas when friends round for dinner
