Coffee machines - which one?

I'm on the lookout for a new coffee machine, budget is around £250, not much room for creep!
I like to use ground coffee, so rules out anything which uses pods. I'd also want a milk frother. No need to be plumbed into the mains water.
My old delonghi(sp) gave up a few weeks ago and I miss my morning coffee.
Any ideas?
