Turkey mince vs Chicken mince

I don't like Turkey mince (breast or thigh) - even in a slow cooked chili or ragu.

Has anyone had experience using Chicken mince and is it nicer?

For a healthy option. Love Ragu and Chili, but don't like eating large amounts of red meat or pork.

What don't you like? The taste or texture? I've found that Turkey mince is quite good at taking on the flavour of the sauce if you cook it for longer and let the sauce penetrate the meat. However it requires some work to divide the mince as from the container it sticks together too much.
The taste. Turkey mince has a strange earthy taste to me.

Is Quorn healthy? I've always considered it like an artificial sweetener - lower in calories but not really it for consumption. Maybe I'm being unfair.
