I'm good @ Basmati Indian rice but I don't often cook Chinese food and even when I do it's usually noodles.

Anyone with a good rice recipe? Preferably uncomplicated and, I'll have enough going on in the kitchen!

You can do other rice with a similar technique. But you'll need to experiment with the water ratio and time. Start with 1.2 and 10 minutes and you won't be far wrong...
I do a similar thing with Basmati, but that one has twice the volume of water to rice.
