PH Cooking Competition – Beef

As the winner of the last PH Cooking Competition (Lamb) I have selected Beef as my nominated dish.

Entries can start coming in now until I start the poll on Monday 5th December, the poll will be for one week.

Entries can have multiple pictures (prep, cooking, pre-carved… etc.) and a short description; however, the poll will only use a single picture of the plated dish for voting.

Feel free to comment on durations or rules, this was based on some comments on the Lamb thread.

I bought the meat but no time to cook it, back in London today for another week with work

On the competition front, it looks like Tickle has not had time to do the voting thread before heading off to work early doors, how about we leave it open for another week to give it a chance to get a few more entries?

Happy to leave it open for another week, up to you guys. Selfishly it gives me a chance to do mine on Sunday now if this is the case; however, not that fair on the people who entered on time.

I can put the poll up later if we want to go that way.

It may fall right for a Christmas Dinner competition if it's left a week plus voting. I understand this will be up to the 'Beef Winner' to decide though.

My entry; roast sirloin with a tarragon, parsley and walnut crust on horseradish creme. Served with fondant potatoes and roast beetroot.
