Stayed in a hotel in the Peak District over Christmas and the very comprehensive and delightful breakfast recipe included Hobday sausages... OMG they were to die for.. traditional family run butchers sausages smile

Apologies if this has been done I did search but really find anything recent about favourites....

What's yours biggrin

Used to go to a pub in Yarmouth many years ago and they did a monster sausage in a baguett style roll, called a Goreleston Gripper! Made by a local butcher (In Gorleston smile )

Got sausages in the oven as I write... third time this week.... having them with Mrs H.S. Ball's chutney tonight.... Mmmmmm

Andouillette sausage.

It's made with pig guts and stinks like rarely cleaned gents toilets in a very rough boozer.
