1 teaspoon of sugar, how many calories?

Just making my morning brew (with two sugars) and worked out that as I tend to have 5-7 brews a day, I am having
10-14 teaspoons of sugar a day, and I am wondering how many calories can I save by switching to sweeteners?
p.s. I know there are loads of places on the internet that can tell me this easily, but our uber-restrictive IT policy means this is one of only three sites of interest I can get to (the others being autotrader and autocar), so you guys get to answer my query.
Also, any other ideas on where I might be wasting calories woudl be welcomed.

Got a bit sidetracked with some work to do earlier but was going to post the same thing. I waste 300 calories a day on sugar in my tea. Oh. My. God! 
Time to buy some sweeteners for my cups of tea, and then I can have a mars bar EVERY DAY!
