Hit me with your favourite bbq marinades

For me :

salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon blackpepper
3 teaspoons prepared mustard or spicy mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon taragon

Mix with chicken, then leave over night.

( whats best for steaks/lamb ?
