A few questions squire, if you don't mind?

Firstly, have you read much about Adam Perry Lang, the famous American barbecue Daddy? I've just ordered his latest book and I've got the bug ready for summer.

Secondly, which barbecue should I buy for £200ish that I can use to smoke things with as well as grill?

Thanks guys. I will be reading around the subject for a few weeks yet before making my purchase.

The ribs look excellent by the way.

What do you think of this as an alternative to the WSM?

Not bad for £145? Or there is a slightly larger one made of heavier gauge material for £199.

Well, I've gone and done it. Ordered, should be delivered tomorrow. The manufacturers have been very helpful and even thrown in some 'free' wood chips for me to try.

I'll set it up and post some pictures over the next few weeks.
