Ice Cream recipes

Had a quick search on here but it hasn't thrown up many...

Any recommendations for interesting recipes?

Want to make some tomorrow so need a few ideas.

Decided to have jelly and ice cream now.

Using Mark Hix's recipe - fruits in pear jelly and elderflower ice cream. Just got to chill the jellies and put the ice cream in the maker and it'll be all ready in an hour or two from now.

Nice to have after our BBQ ribs and lamb chops...
