Anyone still go into a local pub that still has a thumping jukebox playing classics?
They seemed to have disappeared along with decent pubs.
Give me a decent jukebox over a piss poor band playing covers any day.

You have my sympathy if the landlord is an Oasis fan.

I'm sure I read recently that most people don't want music in the pub anymore
I think that was the case hence the demise of the jukebox but it seems to coincided with the only pubs still standing in a lot of cases are ones doing food.
There seems to be a good selection of music channels on the satellite tele these seemed to have replaced a lot of jukeboxes also.
