At a gig last night which was epic, but in funny shaped corner of a room, I got fed up of trying to disentangle my lead from my kit, my mic stand, the bass guitarist ... you name it, I was getting tangled with it when trying to go walkabout like I normally do ! So I'm thinking of a wireless system, but I know nothing of them ....

I need a system that's going to be 100% reliable, noiseless, and work with the other guitarists wireless system and the lead singers wireless mic. I swap between a strat and a les paul, so naturally it's got to work with both smile

Anyone got any experience (good or bad) or preference with wireless guitar systems ?
Is there any manufacturer who's better than the rest ? Or any to avoid ?
Which is better, pack or "bug" types ?
How do the packs work, do they clip to your jeans or go in your back pocket or something ?
Whats a good price to pay, there are some for £100 but are they junk and not suitable for semi pro scenarios ?

Ta !

Cheers for the replies. I'll check out Nady.

I think most of them today have a choice of frequencies, so you can change if someone is interferring.
