I have just purchased mitsubishi pajero, one of the things it came with was a kit which allowed you to diconnect the ecr valve, the guy had not got around to fitting it before selling the vehicle. The kit comes with all the blanking plates, and looks a easy job, is it worth doing?.
Yes, i should have said EGR. If i am reading your mail correctly, are you saying if i use the kit it will give me more power, but it may fail it's MOT. Many thanks for your help.
cheers for that info, looks a well made bit of kit , with full fitting instructions. The only thing it didn't tell you is what it does, don't no why he didn't fit it himself after ordering it.
still a bit worried about fitting this kit, as i have asked around and have been told on some models it can cause the engine to go on to limp home mode, or does it only apply to newer models. Many thanks for any help.
