Decent detailer in Dubai
Discussion
Anyone able to recommend someone that knows their stuff that you would trust with your pride and joy? Quite close to closing a deal on a pre-loved car and while the paint is good it would be great to get some of the expected swirl marks etc corrected, but not if it's going to come out worse than it went in. I'm not sure if detailing means the same thing here as it does in the U.K!
Any suggestions?

no idea but be aware you will need to keep up the maintenance/waxing as the dust and sand is no kind to paintwork.
could try this guy. read the thread, tries some clumsy viral marketing but fesses up and seems genuine enough. prices on last page:

Cheers, I'll give him a shout and see if he knows his stuff. Attempting to trade the Cayman for a 997, hopefully it will all be sorted early next week - nothing is easy here!could try this guy. read the thread, tries some clumsy viral marketing but fesses up and seems genuine enough. prices on last page:

that c&p article is hilarious. 45days to clean a car, get fked!
who did you use in the end terry and how did you rate them?
I've not managed to get around to getting the car detailed yet. I was thinking of trying Polimar first (I think Luke recommended them?) They seem to have a pretty good set up, and I've found in the past that those that know how to paint a car tend to be the best at polishing them. Also need to get an alloy fixed thanks to the wheel balancing technique employed by the OPC, so will get it all done in one go.who did you use in the end terry and how did you rate them?
