2014 Dodge Durango R/T
Discussion
Quick update:
As far a 7 seater SUV goes its better then a lot of other offerings, however it has the following issues:
1. Steering feel is lacking - it will accelerate effortlessly, but the steering remains light and so feedback on bends is broadly non-existant.
2. Suspension - it tends to nose dive on braking, even light braking at higher speeds, there is also too much body roll, and although the seats look grippy they are not and so body roll is amplified by you and your stuff being chucked from side to side.
3. Navigation - is OK but doesn't recognise certain newer roads, and can have you going round in circles.
The first 2 points above really kills the point of having the sporty 360 bhp small-ish 7 seater SUV from a driving perspective. It is fast though, in black looks mean, and sounds great. It is also very thirsty.
