Air-con units....good ones

Does anyone know where one might be able to buy 1-2ton air-con units for the house...that actually work?

I just want to replace the ste I have on the roof. Spent thousands getting them repaired by useless " engineers" and they last 5 minutes.

Oh, a bit like that is it? I thought just replacing the ste units would solve the problem. Boll ox then!
