anyone been? worthwhile or not? tips for viewing areas welcome as well as are hotel recommendations, things to do [ahem, places to drink] in the evening etc.

flights and tickets come to the same price as a decent night out so might wander across.

i've only ever stayed at the marriott marquis. not the best location but the rooms are great.
