All,
I am selling my car and a few people have suggested that the car would be popular in the middle east.

Has anyone got any contacts in the high end motor trade that may be interested in selling the car for me?

Regards,

Johnny

You could try http://www.alainclass.com/ this is the sort of thing they would sell. Don't have any contact for referral though.

Have a friend of a friend in the motor trade but think this is a bit high end for their lot but you never know, I'll see if I can get in touch with him.
Thanks for the info. I will get in touch with Alain Class. Its worth a shot.

Muscle cars are the popular classic, but classics are not that popular

If you want to advertise it here try

Yea, its not for everyone but in a country where typically uncommon european sports cars are very common someone might like the uniqueness of my car.

agree in principle, but its not unique. i know of 2 high end eleanor replicas which have sat unsold for well over 2 years.

you will now argue that yours is a better spec., higher quality etc. none of which would matter to the kind of person you'd be marketing it to.
Nah...i wouldn't argue that point at all. I know only too well the variation in spec on these cars and how select the market is for them.

I have had 3 types of potential buyers so far.....
1. The "will you take £20k for the car?"
2. The guy that can afford it but can't understand why my car is priced on the high end of the scale of these cars due to differences in spec, build quality, etc
3. The very informed buyer that knows exactly what it costs to build one of these cars and thinks the car is actually pretty good value.

I am obviously looking for more of the No.3 type.
