I was due to have a telephone interview this morning, for a contract job in a bank. Suitably qualified through experience, but seems as I don't have a degree, I won't be able to get a work permit, even if it is only for 6 months. Anyone else had this problem?! Cheers.
Sounds like, as you say, there's always a way round it....just how much to they want me. It's with their HR at the mp, so just a waiting game now I guess. Cheers.
Well, nothing on the net I can find says anything about a degree, only a sponsorship from an employer. That would suggest it's a bank requirement not a state one.
Cheers! Well, the interview is going ahead on Thursday....05:00! So I guess the lack of a degree issue has been resolved. Just hope the call goes well.
