Weight Distribution Query

Hi guys, I'm preparing for a race coming up and I was wondering if I could ask for some of the more knowledgeable sorts on here to test my logic for me.

I have an EP3 Honda Civic Touring Car I'm preparing for my first propper race.

The minimum weight for me in the series is 1100kg for the car and driver (without fuel).

I weighed the car and the results can be seen below. My query to you lot is, where is the additional 40kg best being located?

Option 1) Passenger seat location (as shown) to try balance the L/R weight distribution of the car
Option 2) Stick it in the rear to help increase the weight over the rear wheels?



Currently I dont have enough experience with the car to be able to tell how it handles on the limit. All I'm looking for is a logical place to start given my limited degree of experience.

cheers for the advice chaps, its appreciated! I'll have the weight as far to the edge of the car as possible to maximise its effect.
