After my trip to Harewood I just noticed that a couple of tyres on my trailer are feathering quite badly on the outer edges after only a couple of thousand miles max. They are O/S/F tyre and N/S/R tyre. Seems unusual that they are in different positions on different axles?

Is there adjustment on these trailers for the tracking/Camber etc

TIA
Andy

no adjustment for tracking etc check the bolts that hold the axle to the chassie if they hav been run slack or worn in the hole it may wear the tyre on the other side . if its been overloaded the axle suspension arms could be bent or the rubbers deformed
Thanks smile

It seems the problem was the crap KING tyres rather than the tracking. When I inspected them further they where worn on the inside too. My guess is that a cross between warm weather and long distance motorway driving was killing them. They seem to be of very cheap and poor construction.

Have now replaced all 5 with Hankook RA08 Radial
