I totally get it, track owners want to save weekends for racing as there's more money in it than trackdays... and it's good for all of us that racing is available... but it's really annoying where there is absolutely no testing or trackdays at all at weekends.

Obviously all the more annoying when you can see from their calendars that there is nothing else on that weekend!

fair point, but if that was the restriction then you'd think they could make more money using them on weekends (when more people are free, so there might be more demand) rather than weekdays.

I could well be wrong here with regards to test days, as I can imagine many professional race teams would rather they were on a weekday, but I'd still think it would make sense to be more balanced between weekend and weekday!

Yep, we have the same, but a Friday isn't a weekend, and I'd quite like to spend more than 1 day testing at each circuit.

Totally agree with that. Just venting my frustration really that it's almost impossible for me to test at all this year without taking time off work.
