Anyone got one of the new X2 Transponder transponders and having problems with the USB connection to the RaceKey? The LEDs on mine will only light if I sit holding the cable in really tight and even then, the MYLAPS Connect software won't see it.
Answering my own question: the problem was being caused by the USB cable that was supplied with the kit - the micro USB end wasn't going far enough into the key. Bought a new one from eBay for about £3 and all's well.
