A couple of random questions (Aerocatch & Steering Wheels)

First question: I think I want flush fit Aerocatches to hold my new bonnet on... What on earth is the different between Aerocatch 1 & 2? Is it worth going for a mk 2 or is there no point?
Second question: I'm just looking at ordering a new steering wheel for the racecar, but I've never bought one before so I've no idea what sort of size I should be looking at? Going to DT to have a try of them is out of the question really as I don't have time to drive to Wales at the weekend so I need to guess basically. I'm looking at a fabric covered wheel, something good for sprint racing. I'll be adding carbon paddles for gearchanges plus some switches for dash control, ECU map etc etc so I guess i'll need some space for said switches, and not too big a wheel so I can reach the paddles. So how big/thick should I realistically be looking at? The choice baffles me...!
