Apologies in advance for the "gripeyness" of this but I'm sure you'll understand.

In brief:

Thursday, I ordered a load of t shirts/stickers for Le Mans this coming weekend (we're leaving on Wednesday afternoon). I selected the 2-3 business day delivery option so it should be due to arrive today or tomorrow.

Turns out that actually, the 2-3 day delivery option means 2-3 days from notice of dispatch email which I've not yet received (for the t shirts - apparently the stickers are on their way)

I've tried contacting them to upgrade the postage option and pay more if necessary and made it very clear that it's incredibly urgent. There is no phone number available. I tried emailing but got a ping back saying they "endeavour to respond within 24 hours".

So I look on the Pistonheads "contact us" page - the link doesn't work for the mechandise contact details. There is no other obvious way to contact anyone relevant about the order.

So, who do I call to rectify the issue? Please can someone give me a PHONE NUMBER not an email address.

This is pretty poor PH. Sorry guys but it really is - and there is seemingly nowhere for me to send this post either!

The stickers have just arrived.

No sign of the t shirts or confirmation of their dispatch as yet though.

Hi Betty,

Yes, that's me - thanks so much for your help.

Everyone else - Betty was emailing me at gone 7pm lastnight trying to get this sorted out for me. Fantastic service, for which I am deeply grateful.

I just hope they do arrive in time!

Just an update as promised, albeit a tad late.

All the items arrived on time followign Betty's efforts to expediate the order so hats off and thank you for your help once again Betty.

Confidence is restored and I will be buying from you again in the future!
