what is the story behind this ?

been at a hill climb competition yesterday (mickhausen) in bavaria and discovered a rather special ultima,







and one of both

ok but the chassis has quite astonishing similarities so I wonder if ultima has supplied the chassis at the time ?

google did help, it looks like an ultima because it has the same father, lee noble !

ok noticed that the back is quite different and is using pushrod and part of the suspension is attached to the gear box.
