Weep holes under floor skin?

Noticed a few pics and build sites show holes (about 10mm diameter) in the lower floor panel where the battery and brake/clutch cylinders are located. I assume this is to let out any trapped water but is not detailed on build sites. Can anyone confirm if holes need to be drilled to the lower floor beneath the battery compartment?

Many thanks so it seems holes are needed in both radiator floor and under battery tray the factory build picture shows what seems to be 2 10mm holes under the battery tray but nothing for the radiator double skin area. I guess for the radiator area it would be useful to continue the holes for the radiator bobbins through both skins this would give both water drainage and access to the rad bobbin underside?

Thanks all mounted bobbins before fitting lower rad floor panel they are tight so I wont be drilling under them for grommets as hopefully will not need access to them again
