Has anyone come up with a good way to strengthen the rear wing to body mount. The mount should be as strong as possible. If I can wiggle the mount I wonder what is happening when there is 200+ lbs of down force. Suggestions or photos? See the photo below I found but I think the mount needs to be welded to the plate that is in the photo to consider it strong.

If you can wiggle the pylon something's not right, I assume you have the pylon to chassis load strut fitted underneath?
Yes, the triangular sheet metal provided by Ultima that bolts under the rear clip from the wing mount to the side if the rear clip. I'm looking for it to be real solid where it would feel comfortable pushing the car by the wing mounts it needed.

Ah! sounds like mine are different, they triangulate down to the clam hinge on a sort of bearing so load is transferred directly to the chassis
F.C., can post a few photos of the support you have, sounds custom. Thanks, Jim

Here is a photo of the triangular support I have. Look toward the back of the photo.

This looks like a real nice setup. It's for a GTM but a good idea and totally a direct wind to chassis support. The only draw back is you need to remove the wing before opening the rear canopy.
