Collected my gearbox today I'll start reassembling everything sometime this week, but I can't remember if it's 2.5 or 2.75 litres of fully synthetic 75/90 oil to fill a Getrag 996 box??? Also what's the recommended oil of choice?
Thanks Mike, I'm pretty sure I used 2.75 litres last time. I did use Shell Helix but looks like this is no longer available, I've been looking for the Mobil PTX but it looks like bulk buy only, is there another alternative?
