Does anyone know if the standard factory steering boss is compatible with OMP and Sparco steering wheels?

I am thinking of going the flat bottomed (D shape) route to make entry/exit a little more refined.

Also, are there any IVA considerations when choosing a wheel?

I think a removable wheel is an iva fail in the uk.
