Updating Knobs

Has anyone found suitable alternative replacements for the rubberised air con/heater/blower knobs normally hidden away under the dash? I'm in the process of redoing my interior and would like something a bit more pleasing to the eye.

AB can do you nice replacements.

When I spoke to AB a while back they were reluctant to make any as they told me the knobs would work out really expensive, was advised to look at RS Comp as they have some in their catalogue, but I haven't found any that are any good.
