Just mid way through now, grateful if anyone can answer these questions:

1. Are there 2 sump drain plugs?
2. Do I also undo the drain plug in the oil tank, and if so does this need any thread seal when going back in?
3. Torque wrench settings for both please?

Many thanks!
Mark

Yes mine has two drain holes, one underneath and one on the side I think closer to the oil filter.
Not sure about the oil tank, I have never needed to as nearly all the 7.6 litre (8 quarts) quantity pours out from the sump.
Filter & drain plugs torque is 18 lb/ft.
My instructions say fill 7 quarts, run engine for 15 seconds at idle and add the final 1 quart of oil.

Ult-jim.
That's great, thanks!

I seem to have to ask a question every year when I do an oil change!

Does anyone have the torque setting for the plug in the bottom of the dry sump tank?

Thanks
Mark
