What is it?

Any clue as to what these parts are for? Looks like the bits for securing the release cable for the rear clip, but those are already in place.
I've just got a few bits rattling round in a box to fit, but these are foxing me.

The cable just goes through the grp at the front.

That's my conclusion, one set in silver one in black. Very ostentatious..........
