Just watched this program on C4.

Guy finished, but the winner was a yellow Ultima GTR in the 150mph class.

The aim is to finish in a exact time. 90 miles and you need to finish in less than a second from the set time.

I didn't notice anybody else in the car, so an even better result if you did it all yourself!

It is worth remembering there is a maximum and minimum speed you are allowed to do to. To get to less than a second from the median time, over a 90 mile run, takes some doing.

If you read between the lines I suspect Ford helped pay for the program in conjunction with Radical.
The costs would come out of their advertising budget so they would not want to see Ultima getting too much free publicity.
