I know a number of people don't use the factory Pollak valve unit.

Interested though for those that do run it (as part of standard factory set up) if anyone has experienced any issues with them and also good news stories of cars that are running with the valve unit without issue.

I still have fuel issues and am about to change the valve unit as one of the only parts I have not changed. This fixed a very similar issue for another car recently.

Hi,
I use the valve Pollak for many years. My engine is LS7 AS
710 HP.
I had one problem. Overheated fuel caused the jam. When I settled problems with the hot fuel valve is working perfectly. I rode 15.000 km and do not touch it. Any trouble but the fuel passes through the radiator.

Did the valve unit fail when fuel was hot?

Would be interested in your radiator set up. How would that help in traffic with no airflow as that has been when my fuel has got hottest in the past.

Thanks for the reply.
