Ultima compliance and registration AUSTRALIA

Hi everyone I have been looking to buy a Ultima GTR and have found some nice ones over in the UK that I would love to bring over and register in AUSTRALIA.

Is it possible to import one already built in the UK and have it registered in Australia?


I tried searching before posting but could not find anything recent so hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I am in Sydney but happy to have it registered in a different state if it makes things easier since I have family all over the country.

Hi there yes have emailed alot of people including the guys at Ultima in the UK, and 1 guy mentioned it must be built in Australia, so just want to see if anyone else here has imported one and had it registered since I also hear this from another guy but he did this quite some time ago so wondering maybe the laws have changed/

I am hoping someone has done this on this forum,
