Have some build questions.
· When fitting the fuel fillers with the rubber funnel do you still use the cork gasket and if so, where?
· How are the tanks vented? There is a brass vent pipe (currently blanked off) in the side of the rubber filler funnel but as no pipe is supplied to fit then I suspect it is not used.
· The factory fuel kit does not include a link pipe for the bottom of the two tanks. Should I buy and fit one?
· The A/C pipe that comes from up front and arrives at the drier has a right angle fitting on the end. Where it meets the drier it is pointing 180 deg. out from the boss on the drier. No amount of twisting and pulling at the pipe fixes the problem as it is already bonded/sealed into the firewall. Can I get away with twisting the fitting in the crimp on the end of the pipe? I’ve had a go but it will not move easily.
