Come on guys lets move on a generation or ten from the old chevies and it just so happens I have the answer.

I have a BMW M5 V10 complete engine+++ from a 2006 with less than 20,000 miles on it that I keep on stubbing my toes on. What a beautiful bit of kit but too big for my workshop.

This will easily fit into the Ultima chassis with very little work!!

Any questions, don't be shy....

Calm yourself, I wasn't trying to anger anybody it was just a light hearted comment , I to have a chevy engine and have had it ALOT of years. I was just seeing what the response would be from people who like to develop and build these cars. This would be a great evolution for this car, I just wish I could do it myself.

Sorry guys, I was so excited about the thought of the V10 being put in the Ultima especially the BMW as you can make it a basic 10 individual throttle bodied injection engine that would produce in excess of 550 BHP at huge rpm without doing much to it and it'll start on the button every time.
Happy days!!!

GTR720 No probs!!!
Yes I do know better, but it's fun to brake the rules...
