Best Chinese restaurant in KL?

My wife wants to book a CNY reunion dinner for about 20 people at the Lai Po Heen in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. I was wondering if there are any other Chinese restaurants that trump this one in terms of grandness, quality and atmosphere etc?

We tend to go to hawker stalls rather than high-end establishments, so aren’t very clued up on these things! But this time it needs to be extravagant to ‘give face’ to the rest of her family as we’ll be bringing our newborn son out for the first time

My ex was a chief and here rule was that for quality food you never went to a place in a Hotel.

Thanks Berw, I'll check out that one near the Ritz. And I know what you mean about the small places having better food - that's why I like the hawker stalls, it's not because I'm a tight arse, honest!
