40 inch tv

My folks are looking for a good value 40 ish inch tv, it doesn't need to be 3d or 4k, they just watch regular telly. I'm in the states so can't help be hands on so over to the PH massive for help!

It is backlit rather than edge lit so you get a uniform backlight across the screen, meaning no annoying brighter areas in dark scenes.

I have the W905 which was their top of the line set last year and this is nearly as good.

Still no where near a plasma, either of them, but damed sight better than the edge lit led sets.
